SCHEMA is a workspace for film production, operated by SCHEMA (christianramirezpm@gmail.com). It is in a tester phase: it is offered as it is, it changes often, and it may be unavailable.
You keep every right you have in what you write and upload. You grant SCHEMA only the permission it needs to run the product for you: to store your material, to show it to the people you invite into your studio, and to send the relevant parts of it to the AI provider when you or a collaborator ask a question. That permission ends when you delete the material.
SCHEMA does not use your work to train models, and does not use it to build any product other than your own studio.
The department heads are language models. They are useful and they are confidently wrong sometimes. Nothing they produce is professional, legal or financial advice, and a budget or schedule they draft is a starting point for your own judgement, not a substitute for it.
There is no uptime guarantee during the tester phase. You can stop using SCHEMA at any time and delete your account from Your account. If SCHEMA stops operating, you will be given notice and a window to export your work.
To the extent the law allows, SCHEMA is provided without warranties, and its liability is limited to what you have paid for it — which, during the tester phase, is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
